Product Overview:
This machine vision application adopts the principle of machine
vision to identify and detect visible product defects and errors.
When detecting smaller characters on the surface of an object, the
industrial camera takes pictures continuously to obtain multiple
images, which are processed by our self-developed vision inspection
algorithm to determine whether the inspected product is qualified;
when inspecting the appearance, 360° pictures are taken, which are
processed by deep learning vision algorithm to determine the
appearance defects. The inspection result is automatically
transferred to the vision inspection system, and the product can be
directly observed on the display whether it is good or NG.
